NC to continue Parliament obstruction

Kathmandu, Jan 31 

The main opposition, Nepali Congress, has decided to continue obstruction at Federal Parliament in connection to government and Parliament’s move. 
A meeting of the Nepali Congress Parliamentary Party here today drew conclusion to continue obstruction in the Parliament saying the Medical Education Bill was pushed in the Parliament while endorsing it and the government is indifferent towards the demands of agitating Dr Govinda KC. 
Sharing the information about the meeting, Chief Whip of the party, Bal Krishna Khand, said that NC would not support to proceed with the House business, saying the government has violated parliamentary discipline and was not serious to address national issues. 
The NC decided to obstruct the meetings of both House of Representatives and National Assembly, saying the demands raised by NC was not addressed.
