Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli on Sunday viewed that technology and mechanization should replace agricultural workforce.
"A large chunk of the population relies on agriculture, which is not good. Technology and mechanisation should be used in agriculture so the agricultural dependent population could be invested in other development activities," said the PM addressing a seminar on 'current situation and future plan' organized here by the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock Development.
He also emphasised quality results from agricultural production instead of quantity. RSS
