Parliamentary Committee recommends Ministry to amend its report

Kathmandu, September 1

National Assembly (NA), Legislation Management Committee has suggested the Ministry of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs (MoLJPA) to submit its report after incorporating the suggestions furnished by the Committee on the issues relating to be managed by the federal laws and issues enlisted in common rights.

Committee's Secretary Manoj Kumar Giri shared that the Committee decided to ask the Ministry for the same after holding a meeting with the office-bearers of the Office of Prime Minister and Council of Ministers, MoLJPA and Nepal Law Commission.

The Committee has been deliberating on the Bill related to management of coordination among the Federal, Provincial and Local levels for some days.
